 emoticon Flare!!!

Is very tired - helped my brother & sister in law move this weekend (as my brother is out of town for job training) - my job was to keep my not-quite 2 year old niece occupied and out of the way while everyone else did the packing and "heavy lifting". emoticon

Sounds like fun, Heather emoticon

I've just been introduced to LOST - it looks very interesting.

I hope you enjoy it more than I did Flare. I quit watching about 1/3 of the way through the third season. I had loved it up to that point. . .

For the most part I'm loving my new haircolour. . .though I still need to get used to it!

I can understand why you need that time - it is a very different color emoticon (and it looks good, too).

Re: LOST: I'm enjoying it very much, I've seen 10 episodes so far, but it is getting more and more weird and scary emoticon

Working on a new paper, this time with my study group, we're 2/3 on the way.

My parents seem to be slightly less than thrilled that ButMad and I are planning a trip to Scotland (like, for instance, they keep "missing" the fact that it's not going to happen for a couple years).

Then again, they weren't necessarily thrilled with me going to London to meet several of my fellow Vixens and Vindicators, so perhaps it's a leaving the country thing. They were fine with my trip to CA to visit ButMad this past August. . .

 emoticon

Oh well. I'm going anyway!!!! *puts foot down*

You go girl!!

It's probably the "leaving the country thing". Apart from the long distance (emoticon), visiting Scotland isn't much differenct from visiting another state in the U.S.: you'll be able to speak your native tongue and you'll only have to change your money from $ to £ emoticon

I got an A for my paper in health education emoticon

Co-workers wedding is this weekend already!!!

 emoticon Flare emoticon

Thanks hun! That's kind of what I was thinking too! If it was my first time travelling to the UK I could kinda understand it, but I've been before and handled myself just fine (and had a marvolous time too). emoticon I wonder if there isn't a little bit of jealousy mixed in with the typical parenal concern. . .

Yay you!!! emoticon emoticon

I wonder if my professor will be nice enough to email me my mid-term grade when she responds to my email that I won't be there for our next class. . .I hope so - I don't want to wait 3 weeks for my grade!!!!
