With the exception of going to North Carolina for my cousin's wedding a few years ago, the furthest they've been anywhere for a holiday is Southern Pennsylvania!! Mum and I went to D.C. several years ago with the church youth group, but dad did not. I do know that both of them would like to at least go to England, though I haven't a clue what's stopping them!


And yay!!! I'm glad to hear that Miro is feeling much better!!! emoticon

Preparing for the oral examination in pedagogy next Friday.

It's a shame if fear of the "unknown" prevents them from following their dreams about where they want to travel to. My grandfather always wanted to go to Norway, but my grandmother didn't share that wish and for some reason he didn't travel alone.

emoticon Miro isn't eating as much as normal, his mouth and gums are probably still sore after the operation.
