 That's good news Tamlin. 
I'm still fighting my battle.  I estimate that I've spent at least three hours of my time trying to prove my innocence, not to mention the money I have spent on phone calls and recorded post to the asshats.
Anyhoo, I give up. They can take my credit score, but they'll never take my FREEDOM!

Turns out I don't have to give these asshats my soul afterall.
I received a letter today to tell me that this debt was in fact clear. Ya don't say! I've only been trying to tell you that for months! 
I don't suppose I'll get an apology, but at least my name is clear.
