Not terribly surprising. 
Bit of trivia: I learned fairly recently that our brains switch from left- to right-brain dominance throughout the day, approximately every 90 to 120 minutes. Which is part of the reason why breaks in your work time are important.

Yeah, I thought so. I need to clarify a bit, though: As I understand it, your left brain is dominant for 90 to 120 minutes, then the right brain gets to drive for around 20 minutes, and then the cycle repeats.
Since the right brain is the creative side (daydreams, etc.), this explains why people's minds drift after a couple of hours of drudgery at work.
I'm so glad I have a walking partner at work.  We take walks around 10am and 2pm. Add a pause to get lunch out of the fridge around noon, and that's a break every two hours. Right on schedule.
