Release Date?

Have a look at this and tell me how they interpret it http://eu.plaync.com/eu/games/info/exteel/

From what it says there "Q4 2006" i'm taking a guess here and think it means the fourth quarter of 2006 so september/october-december. Good news at least they've set a rough date.
