if you're lookin to download i use torrents just dont try playin any games while dling >.> makes your modem cry
utorrent or bitorrent for downloader program
and www.thepiratebay.org and www.isohunt.com - bitorrent has a list of sites to dl from o nthe left in the program they also let you dl other stuf too, anythign you can think of programs included

I use Bitlord as my DLer of choice, and btw the best source of anime torrents EVER is AnimeYuMe, you have to be a member to get access to the torrents but registration is easy and they've got a amazing selection.
