Memories of Two Towers
Whats your fav part or scene of The Two Towers?
Mine is the part where Aragorn and Theoden lead the last ride through the orcs at Helms Deep and Gandalf and Eomer arrive on the mountaintop and Gandalf says:

Then Eomer walks up and says:

He's not alone. ROHIRRIM! TO THE KEEP!
That turned the tides on the battle of Helms deep. I also liked the conversation between Aragorn and Theoden before they rode out.

That is one of my favorites, though there are many more. There's another I like from The Two Towers Extended Edition...

I loved the part when the army of Saruman have arrived at Helm's Deep and are standing in front of the wall, pounding their spears on the ground and their hands on their chests in rhythm while growling at the Elves and Eorlingas (men of Rohan)! It was a totally spontaneous moment during the filming. PJ was between filming shots and the stuntmen (who played the Urukhai) were so into their parts, they started challenging the Elves, who were on top of the wall. The Elves responded with some not too family rated gestures. The camaramen caught it all on film and it went into the movie - minus the non-familiy rated gestures. Can you imagine that?! PJ must have been so excited to see his actors so into their parts to do this when everyone thought the camaras were not rolling. It turned out to be a fantastic, erie, and tension filled scene. Glad he caught it on camara!

Oh yes, I almost forgot, I love the opening scene when Gandalf is fighting with the Balrog!!!! What a great dive down into the abyss! And on top of that, he catches his sword, speed dives toward the Balrog, grabs onto him and starts stabbing him. The way PJ put that scene together, the music, editing, etc. was brilliant! I wonder what it was like for Ian McKellan to make that scene, considering the Balrog was a CG character?
