I saw into the heavens this night
And saw two bright stars
Shining with a light never seen by
man before this day
And I lost my soul to those two
bright stars
Shining in the heavens so
far away
And I reached out to touch
the gift of God
That sight of a lifetime
That gift one gets but once

with tender love the gift

Those two bright stars blinked upon
their heavenly bed

a thousand stars to focus on my soul
