ACTION ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!! Spread far and wide
Just watched a training video done by a Probate Judge from Marquette Michigan for CPS workers and the Courts.
He plainly states: In order for the States to qualify for getting the Title IV E funding in dependency cases the family must qualify as low income financial guidelines as of 1996 if they didn't qualify in 1996 they don't qualify for Title IV E funding NOW.
This would be Nationwide. Therefore it is time for a complete investigation by the Deparment of Justice now.
It is costing this country a fortune. IF they can't get the federal bucks and the States and Counties have to start sharing the tab for foster care this will end
