The Bush Family has close Financial Ties to CPS/Adoptions Industry
Why are the Bush’s so keen on adoptions?
For one of the reasons, George Jr. almost adopted some children, and Jeb actually did, from the largest, wealthiest and most politically-powerful, international maternity home/adoptions agency in the world; the Gladney Center in Fort Worth, Texas, which charges 20 to 30 thousand dollars per adoption, and is housed in a 67,000-square-foot, $17 million building complex.
George Sr. and Barbara Bush have very close ties to, and very close relations with Gladney, and with its very generous political lobbying arm; the NFCA.
George Jr. is also quite enamored with Gladney and the NFCA. So much that, after his successful campaign for the presidency, he arranged a 6.8 million dollar government grant back into the coffers of the NFCA. While still Governor of Texas back in 1997, Junior did the entire Child Protection/Adoptions System in Texas the great favor of pushing-through legislations that severely reduced the chances for biological parents to regain custody of their removed children, and that severely reduced the time it takes for the courts to free children for adoption. So effective were these new laws in Texas, that in fiscal year 1998, 1,548 abused and neglected children were adopted, a 107% increase over fiscal year 1996 when 746 were adopted. The favor to the System was in the fact that the Federal government pays the State-contracted adoptions agencies by the head for handling adoptions out of the Child Protection System. Gladney is the largest of such agencies.
As for brother Jeb, he boasted that funding for Florida's child welfare system had increased 94 percent in the first three years of his Governorship . The state's 2001 budget allocated $787.3 million for such services. In the same period, the number of child abuse investigations had increased 49 percent , from 128,260 in 1998 to a projected 191,031 in 2001. The number of children who were successfully placed out of foster homes within a year had grown to 35 percent. Three years earlier, the success rate in that time frame was less than 10 percent.
So; what’s wrong with all that? Isn’t child adoption supposed to be a good and noble thing? Well, if you think so, you’d better take a quick look at these statistics:
“Only 16% of adopted children are placed in 2-parent homes, compared to 25% of non-adopted children in the general population."
-2001 Release of 1996 US Census Study report by Jason Fields titled "Living Arrangements of Children."
“60-85% of internees at Coldwater Canyon Center For Personal Development, hospital/ psychiatric facility are adoptees; most were referrals from Juvenile Probation Dept.”
-Dr. Lee Bloom, Former Unit Director
Coldwater Canyon Hospital, Hollywood, CA; reported in
"Growing Up Behind Locked Doors," Rolling Stone magazine, 11-20-86.
20-35% of internees at several hundred private psychiatric hospitals in 13 regions were adoptees.”
-Betty Jean Lifton, at American Adoption Congress conference, 1988, from a report by an Illinois doctor.
70% of internees at a Monroe, Washington psychiatric facility were adoptees.
-Reported to American Adoption Congress conference, 1988 by a Washington Adoptee Rights Movement (WARM) group whose meeting was attended by a Monroe counselor.
5-15% of patient load in mental clinics is the average reported figure for adoptees under psychiatric care, although official (government) statistics estimate only 2% of U.S. population are adoptees. (Theory: a child's ignorance of his past causes "genealogical bewilderment"/prone to dysfunction.)
12% of adolescents and children in private therapy are adopted;
20-30% of adolescents and children in psychiatric in-patient units are adoptees;
-"An Open Adoption," Lincoln Caplan, Farrar, Straus & Giroux, NY; as cited in Bottom Line, 9-15-90
14% of adoptees end up in therapy, and
40% of adoptees end up in schools for disturbed children (of the estimated 3% of the population who are adoptees).
-Dr. Steven Nickman as quoted by Dr. Phyllis Chesler in "Scared Bond"
(cited on Geraldo Show Transcript #225, 7-28-88)
40% of psychiatric internees surveyed were adoptees; adopted children have a higher rate of emotional and psychological problems than the general population of youngsters.
-"Mothers On Trial," Dr. Phyillis Chesler, quoting Dr. William Murdoch, child psychologist at Loma Linda University School of Medicine, and Director, Charter Hospital-Redlands Child In-Patient Unit
13% of 69 firesetters were adoptees compared to a control group of non-firesetters which had only 3% adoptees.
-Dr. Wayne S. Wooden and Dr. Martha Lou Berkey, a study of youthful firesetters in the San Bernadino County, CA, Juvenile Justice System
45% of all 602's (felonies committed by juveniles) are by adoptees.
-Interstate Compact On Children, as reported by June Idler, Juvenile Compact, Riverside County Juvenile Probation Dept, 1988
20% of adolescents in drug rehabilitation and residential substance abuse treatment programs are adopted.
-Center For Adoptive Families.
Male adoptees appear to deal with their feelings of rejection with more rage and aggression than do females. The ultimate expression of such rage is an act of violence, even murder. In 1997, one 100 children under age 10 were charged with murder .(Frontline, PBS, 12-16-97); "tough on crime" politicos seek to prosecute them as adults and claim they are "genetically defective."
Conclusions? Well, go ahead and draw your own. But if you come up with anything good or positive about this situation, please be so kind as to let the rest of us know about them.

More about Gladney, its NCFA Political/Financial arm, and "coziness" with the Bushes.
Let's start with this:
The following web URLs, like the statistics mentioned in the articles, were gathered and published by me in 2002, so you will find that some or most of the web sites had been taken down, and you will have to guess at the current statistics and the enormous profits from Gladney’s “placements of children. I will forego boldface emphasis of the most pertinent points, in the hope that this will be read in its entirety. J.S.

At The Gladney Center's 110th Anniversary Weekend, by Alicia Lanier
November - December 1997 Issue, Adoption Triad Forum
EXCERPTS:
“As several of us disembarked from the shuttle bus at the main entrance to The Gladney Center, I felt as if we might be entering Enemy Territory. This, after all, is the adoption agency that founded and largely underwrites the National Council for Adoption (NCFA), the primary organization that lobbies against giving adult adoptees access to their records.”
“I'm told by a friend who knows that at Christmas each Gladney maternity resident is encouraged to write a wish list of five holiday gifts, and the Gladney adoptive parents auxiliary cheerfully buys and wraps each item on each girl's list. Again, might it be exceedingly difficult for a girl to change her mind once she's been treated so well during her Gladney experience? Fueling my concern was the memory of the recent High Profile feature in the Dallas Morning News on the President of The Gladney Center, which had produced much dialogue among Triad members online about adoption fees charged by Gladney ...as much as $20,000 to $30,000 per infant...and many complaints about Gladney's emphasis on the "business" of adoption. See page 3 and 4.”
“This is a closed fraternity like no other, the 21 auxiliaries of Gladney Dads and Moms...a dedicated, moneyed group that can be transformed from an educational to a political machine with only a few phone calls.”
“Another emotion-tugging experience was going to what is now The Salvation Army First Choice, a treatment center-residential facility for chemically dependent moms with children.”
“The Gladney Center is among the few remaining maternity homes in Texas and is perhaps the largest in the nation. ”
“...which has mightily influenced adoption in Texas and has now moved into international adoption...”

“Because of Mrs. Gladney's dedication and tireless efforts on behalf of adoption, the Home was renamed in her honor in 1950. She continued as the Executive Director until 1960. Mrs. Gladney died in 1961 due to complications from diabetes.
During the 1960's and '70s, Gladney's maternity services expansion program began under the leadership of Executive Director Ruby Lee Piester. Mrs. Piester also became well-known for her work in adoption. The National Council for Adoption in Washington DC named its headquarters after Mrs. Piester (named the Ruby Lee Piester Center). Texas Governor George Bush asked her to serve on a special committee to improve the Texas foster care system, and she was inducted into the Texas Women's Hall of Fame.
Today, the Center is directed by Michael J. McMahon, the first Gladney parent to ever head the Agency.

ADOPTEES WHO KILL
Quote by Attorney Donald Humphrey, an adoptee, with regard to male adoptees' apparent inability to express emotion: "I'm afraid to get angry."
As with any stress, adoption can affect different people in different ways and to different degrees. Male adoptees appear to deal with their feelings of rejection with more rage and aggression than do females. The ultimate expression of such rage is an act of violence, even murder. In 1997, one 100 children under age 10 were charged with murder (Frontline, PBS, 12-16-97); "tough on crime" politicos seek to prosecute them as adults and claim they are "genetically defective."
"Chosen Children" (click on link) contains in-depth research on the eight "adopted child syndrome" behaviors, adoptees who kill, Jeremy Strohmeyer-Adoptee Rapist Killer (The Untold Story); adopted children (alphabetically by name, citing source) who killed their adoptive parents; serial killers (alphabetically by name) who are adopted, illegitimate, abandoned, abused; other adoptees who killed; as well as unscripted narratives by 7 incarcerated adoptees (drug addicts, thieves, murderers and a child molester), most of whom are adoptees and what makes their crimes unique to adoptees.

“PRESIDENT GEORGE BUSH, BARBARA BUSH AND ADOPTION PROMOTION
Even before winning the 1988 election, George Bush (Sr.) had been a promoter of adoption – in large part because one of his children was an adoptive parent but also because one of his staff, who is the adoptive parent of two children, was anxious to formulate a plan to get more children in need of families adoptive parents.
When President Bush took office, his staffer was on the transition team and ended up with a high post in the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). One of the areas under her authority in HHS was adoption, especially adoption of children with special needs. For that reason, as the NCFA campaign for special needs adoption moved forward, a campaign that proposed to use First Lady Barbara Bush, who had agreed in April, 1989, to be Honorary Chair of NCFA, and Dave Thomas as spokespersons in some of the ads, I shared the specifics with the HHS official. (Dave had increasingly shown interest in being involved in promoting adoption and we’d met several times when he was in DC.)”

Re: The Bush Family has close Financial Ties to CPS/Adoptions Industry
It all seems to tie together, Mr. Sarandos.
This is from your explanation of the Zionist agenda;
"Did Reagan do or allow anything during his administration that could be considered as "Antichrist" in nature or effect?
Well yes, as a matter of fact, he did. He was President and George W. Bush was his Vice-President when Public Law 96-272, the Adoption Assistance and Child Welfare Act of 1980, became passed into law. Title I of this Act established programs and funding for adoption and foster care assistance for children under title IV (Aid to Families with Dependent Children and Aid to Child Welfare Services) of the Social Security Act.
And of course, it is now a matter of documented history, that just since the passage of this particular Act, many millions of American families; especially male-headed Christian families, have been totally destroyed in the wake of the machinery that began full-scale operation only after passage of this particular Act into law, and that millions more babies and children have been at least greatly-traumatized, if not actually among the ones who lost their innocence, their virginity, and/or their very lives, after being removed from their God-assigned parents and placed into the care of well-paid strangers.
However, Reagan was not President when the pre-enabling foundation for CPS was conceived and put into place in the 1970's, starting with Public Law 93-247 the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act of 1974 (CAPTA).
Neither has Reagan been President all the while that this, definitively unholy, child-stealing and family-wrecking industry has grown into the $100 billion-per-year enterprise that it now is.
So, while it is more than probable that Nancy Reagan was totally aware of and in agreement with this, noble-sounding but wholly evil scheme to destroy the basic unit of American Society, it is highly improbable that the professional actor and "great communicator" Ronald had even the foggiest notion about this, or most other workings of the Federal Bureaucracy, while he was being paid to do only what he did best; to read and deliver lines that had been authored by others."

So you noticed, and so it is, Aaron.
This is one of the reasons why anti-CPS/Adoptions and Family-preservation activists have been fighting an "uphill battle" especially since members of the Bush Family had risen to power in State-level (Texas and Florida) and Federal-level governments.
Also, this partly explains why so much "Jewish Lobby" (AIPAC) money had gone into the campaign-treasuries of the "Reagan/Bush," "Bush/Quayle" and "Bush/Cheney" tickets (also into the "Clinton/Gore" ticket, since at least Hillary is a strong advocate for the "It Takes a Village to raise kids" mind-set).
Kind of makes one believe in conspiracies, huh?
When you look at the effects and results that the CPS/Adoptions Industry have had upon American Families (the basic blocks of our Constitutional Repulic), then it's easy to see how important this has been in the Zionist plan to weaken and take over the American Society.

Re: The Bush Family has close Financial Ties to CPS/Adoptions Industry
It's sort of odd that this particular thread is getting the most hits in this particular forum, eh?

If you'll notice, "Bush-related" threads are getting lots and lots of attention in every forum of this board.
Nonetheless, I think that this tie-in between the Bush Family and the CPS/Adoptions Industry comes as news to most people who read this board. I had posted the same article in my first board, but it got "buried" on page 4 or 5 of the forum it was posted in.
Many of the sources from which I'd gathered the information are now gone from the internet, but there are enough of them left to support the article as I'd written it.
I think that one of the strongest arguments against Adoptions can be made from accounts of Jeb Bush's all-adopted children once they grew up. I might get around to re-posting some of those accounts as documented by Police-reports.
George W. had given up his own plan to adopt some kids because his wife finally got pregnant, but his biological twin daughters turned-out as bad or worse than Jeb's adopted kids, as is also documented by Police-reports.
