Tory MP leaves his wife and three children for a man

A Conservative shadow minister and close political friend of David Cameron was reported last night to have left his wife for a man.
Greg Barker, the shadow environment minister, is said to have ended his marriage of 14 years with his wife, Celeste, after having a year-long homosexual affair with an interior designer. The couple have two sons and a daughter aged between six and 11.
Mrs Barker, an heiress to the Charles Wells brewing family, was "your typical loyal Conservative wife", a source said.
"The affair has been going on a long time but Celeste has only just recently found out about it," the source told the Daily Mail.
"She is absolutely devastated. It came completely out of the blue. Nobody had any idea that Greg was gay. She has dedicated herself entirely to supporting his career for years."
Last night Mr Barker, who entered the Commons in 2001 and was a member of Mr Cameron's successful Tory leadership campaign last year, refused to comment in any detail on the reports.
In a statement issued through Conservative headquarters, Mr Barker, 40, said: "It was announced in July that my wife and I had separated, and we are entitled to a private life."
Asked to confirm that he had left his wife for a man, Mr Barker was quoted as saying: "It's a private matter."
The designer is believed to have carried out extensive work on the couple's home in Rye, East Sussex.
The Daily Telegraph understands that, as far as Mr Cameron is concerned, there is no question of Mr Barker losing his frontbench position as an environment spokesman.
A spokesman for Mr Cameron refused to comment on the news about his colleague's domestic problems.
It is understood that the Tory leader is determined not to be driven by media reports to dismiss Mr Barker, who is MP for Bexhill and Battle.
Mr Barker was given the environment post after his work on the Cameron leadership campaign.
He organised this year's trip by the Tory leader to the Arctic and accompanied Mr Cameron.
Educated at Steyning Grammar School and Lancing College, Mr Barker graduated from London University with a degree in history and politics.
He spent nearly 10 years working in the City and in 1997 he moved into public relations. He later joined Roman Abramovich's Sibneft oil company.

POLAND'S ANTI-GAY PRIME MINISTER OUTED as the government continues to spew homo-hate
Poland’s homophobic Prime Minister Jaroslaw Kaczynski—the identical twin brother of Polish President Lech Kaczynski—was outed as a homosexual in major Polish media last week in the midst of a political crisis that threatened to cause his government’s downfall.
Poland’s second-most important newspaper, Rzeczpolita, published documents— some only recently declassified, and some that were leaked—from the files of the Polish Secret Service that discussed Prime Minister Kaczynski’s homosexuality. As part of an investigation, begun in 1992, of right-wing political parties that, the documents said, “could threaten democracy,” a Secret Service department then headed by Colonel Jan Lesiak reported, “It is advisable to establish if Jaroslaw Kaczynski remains in a long-term homosexual relationship and, if so, who his partner is.” (Photo above right: the Kaczynski Twins, Prime Minister Jaroslaw on the right)
