Question for "proud" Homosexuals, "voluntary" non-Parents and "active" Pro-Abortionists

Aren't you glad that your own parents didn't believe and act the same?

Now of course, I personally believe (upon scientific evidences) that true and exclusive Homosexuality is involuntarily inherited in all species and cannot be changed, so it is nothing to be personally ashamed of, but it's certainly nothing to be publicly proud of.

As for voluntarily choosing to not have children of your own, and/or to actively encourage others to abort theirs, these show a disbelief in and disagreement with, not only the "Survival Instinct" and the "Maternal Instinct," but also in and with the concept of "Mankind reaching a state of Perfection in the Mortal Phase of God's Eternal Plan".

I am not against abortion per se, since I strongly believe that children of adultery, children of violent rapists, and children with pre-determined and inescapable gross physical or mental birth-defects, have little if any chance to enjoy or bring happiness in their lives, and so they would be better off to not be born into this world.

Excellent questions, Joseph.

But, obviously there are no members of this board who fit into the categories you named, and the readers who do fit those categories aren't coming here to answer the questions! emoticon

Having had a "gay" brother I certainly learned quickly to change my own attitude towards gay. Before my brother came out I was pretty down on gays. Reality hits one hard when someone close is involved and I learnd to accept gays and even to socialize and become friends with many.

It is a natural part of nature as it exists in many species at about the same ten percent rate. Some scientists believe it is natures way at numbers control, at birth control to stop overpopulation. I dont pretend to know if that is correct, but I do accept that it is a natural state in nature.

Abortion---- I believe in the right of choice, but I also believe that right should be limited to number of times used. Abortion should not be another means of birth control, but rather as Joseph said, a means to control quality of life for the child.

I also believe it is about time we orced responsible behaviour into adults again where childbirth is concerned.

Welcome, Sir Chauncy.

Thanks for your forthright and "personalized" response to this set of issues, upon which we are in agreement.

As you emphasized, homosexuality occurs in species other than Man. I had delved deeply into this subject many years ago, studying specifically the clinical experiments involving rats and monkeys, and then extrapolating the results to necessarily include all other species of animals that tend to gather in communities or societies.

The up-shot is that over-crowding of such communities of lower animals, in any given amount of shared space, causes the same sorts of both individual and societal, and both mental and physical adversities and anomalies, that plague communities of Humans.

IOW, it is apparent that there is an optimal number of any species that can and do "get along" without problems within local ecologies that vary from species to species, and that additional individuals in the same spaces (overcrowding) adversely affects the wholes of the communities.

A simplistic "home version" of such experiments with overloading ecologies, that invariably demonstrates the physical effects and results, is an aquarium of any size. Without any forms of artificial filtration or oxygenation, a tank of any given capacity will healthily support only a certain number of the same fishes. This would be the optimum. Whenever the optimum is exceeded by any number of fishes, an equal number of fishes (new or old) will die off.

It gets much more complicated when studying warm-blooded animals, but the aquarium analogy proves that overcrowding is the primary cause of societal problems, and that such problems are natural and inevitable effects and results of violating "built-in" and "self-enforcing" physical laws.
