Venison Sausage
Well guys it is deer season here in the North country so I will give you my famous sausage recipe.
Venison Sausage
20 lbs ground venison
7-10 lbs Ground pork Any cheap cut and leave fat on the meet for moisture.
3 TBSP Seasoned salt
3 TBSP minced Garlic
3 TBSP Ground Sage
1 TBSP course ground pepper.
Mix well and package for Freezer.
Makes fabulous sausage gravy to go with homemade sourdough biscuits
Also brown a little bit to put on Pizza.
Or serve just fried in patties.
