Kamaja (spelling)
2 lbs beef roast diced
1/2 large onion diced
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
2 cans french onion soup
brown meat with onion and garlic place in crockpot add soup and cook for about 6 hours.
Serve over mashed potatoes, noodles, or Rice.

Simple and delicious.
That Chees soup could be used to bake cubed ham and brocolli. A few strands of pizza dough criss crossed on top and after it is baked it is delicious. I use lots of garlic though.LOL

My wife uses her crockpot whenever she has a busy day ahead of her and, knowing her tastes, this sounds like something she'll love.

We tried it twice, served over wide egg noodles and served over white rice.
The second time, my wife subbed cubed sirloin for the stew-chuck, and cooked it for only 4 hours.
We love it!
