SCREEN-SHOT of Board Statistics
This was taken at 12:41 on this date of 3/16/06, so the topmost stats are unfinished for this date, which is why I included 8 instead of only 7 days. Nonetheless, this is non-tamperable proof of the current interest in and significance of this board.
I'm well satisfied with these results, especially considering that some number of the posts here are being copied and spread by E-mail.

Re: SCREEN-SHOT of Board Statistics
Quite impressive for a brand-new web site with a second-hand URL, Chief.
I'd guess that the search engines have updated posts by you in particular.
You might consider starting a blog with nothing but your own writings in it, although this "replies allowed" format seems to better suit your intrepid personality.
You (and Aaron) should also reconsider joining our group or other dissident Vets organizations with web sites.
Congrats,
Greg

Re: SCREEN-SHOT of Board Statistics
Greg,
Another good probability (along with the "word of mail advertising" that your buds and you obviously did since your first post here), is that Joseph's scrapping of the "Who's Online" feature has removed the reason why lots of Global members of Runboards wouldn't visit here while logged in.
Looking at the screenshot, there was one day out of the eight in which the logged-in views outnumbered the not-logged-in ones.
Joseph does have detractors who are not Runboards members, but way too few in numbers to account for up to the 931 (or more) "not logged in" views on May 16. In that number, there are also Runboards members who didn't log in, but I'd bet that the number also includes lots of such "spies" who'd monitored the original TFTF.
As far as I know, the only Runboards forums that host "devoted enemies" of Joseph are the Cornfield and Azov-On-Don. I can't get into Azov-On-Don, but I don't see any recent discussions about Joseph or TFTF in the Cornfield, and the subjects have all but disappeared in Pravda. In the USC and CWE boards, there are only four "anti-Sarandos obsessors" left, but only two of them are still at it (with a bit of help from me), and both of them had been written-off by other members as the nuts they are.
So, you have to be right about the search-engines picking up Joseph's latest posts which are all here (although I've heard that he's again being impersonated in some obscure board or boards, which doesn't fool anybody with brain-power).
In any event, the media-hidden truths are still getting out and being read, which is the most important consideration.
Aaron

Re: SCREEN-SHOT of Board Statistics
Greg and Aaron,
March 16 ended up with a total of 1288 views (highest single-day count so far).
The current 7-day average is 601.3, and of course that averages-in today's unfinished count as of 1PM California Time. But nonetheless, it's a giant leap from the lowest 7-day average of just under 200, so I'm not entertaining thoughts about self-deleting the board.
Whether or not it gets shut down externally is a different matter and beyond my control. As I'd mentioned, I have no way of knowing or tracing the IP-addesses of non-posters, and I have no way to know who or how many viewers are online at any time.
These "franchised" boards have very simple Control Panels and very limited options for the Admins.
But, there can't be any high numbers of search engine crawl-bots, or "spies" monitoring this board (although it doesn't take many "spies" to get their jobs done).
Your guesses and explanations are as good as mine, but the stats speak for themselves and I'm pleased with them.
Joseph

Re: SCREEN-SHOT of Board Statistics
A new one-day record high to report!
It's still 4:37 PM on March 18, 2006 here in California, but the date has already rolled-over in the board's default Time Zone, so the "March 18 totals" are complete.
Date Not logged in Logged in, non premium Logged in, premium Total pageviews Posted messages
Mar 19, 2006 2 1 0 3 0
Mar 18, 2006 1197 359 6 1562 2
Mar 17, 2006 219 321 13 553 8
Mar 16, 2006 1014 256 18 1288 14 [Previous record high]
1562 Views, on a weekend day, is definitely worth mentioning.
I'll probably have to post another screen-shot to convince "mine enemies" that these stats are true, though!
Thanks to everyone for your continuing and currently-increasing interest, whether or not you choose to post here and whether or not you copy articles from here.
Joseph

Thanks Gronk.
I've been "real world busy" today, so I haven't been online much, but I just now checked the board stats.
Mar 19, 2006 has already rolled-over, with a total of 636 Views (great for a Sunday).
Counting the 143 for Mar 20, 2006, the latest 7-Day-Average is 725, and the 7-Day-Total is 5075.
I imagine the Views-count would be very much higher if more posts were being made, but obviously there is still lots of interest in the existing posts, and I'm sure it's not the same people reading the same posts every day. Of the 5075 total views, 1537 were by logged-in members of Runboards (premium and non-premium), and we still have only 13 registered members here.
Let's hope that the outside interest continues.
Hugs back to you and yours,
Joseph

Re: SCREEN-SHOT of Board Statistics
There's a lot to be said in favor of private dissemination.
For every individual who receives a copy of one particular article in a web site, there are family members and friends whose curiosity becomes tweaked as to what else might be written by the same author or authors in that site.
This probably accounts for the figures showing that most of the views are usually by non-members of this board and this network, as well as for the fact that subjects other than anti-War and anti-Bush are being viewed regularly.
I agree that more posts would bring more views, but there has to be lingering fears about revealing IP and Email addresses to the spies.
It might help matters if Joseph would strike his topic relating to his former board.

Re: SCREEN-SHOT of Board Statistics
Joseph,
If there's enough time left before "the Big One" starts, I'm sure that Bush's boys will get back to you and your new board, but there are bunches of others that they'll probably be taking care of first, for example this one;
http://www.whitehouse.org/ I found it while scanning the Cornfield on my last break.
But, Greg is right that it might encourage more posters and increase the readers here if you take down your "too much information" thread.

Re: SCREEN-SHOT of Board Statistics
Good Morning Greg and Aaron.
You've convinced me about the "diminishing returns" of leaving that thread posted, especially since the overall Views have drastically increased from the nadir at which I was considering self-deleting the board.
I'll be strking it along with a few duplicate topics that I'd posted in more than one forum.
I'll also be adding some new topics myself, but I hope that I get some more help from others soon, with Spring now here and my yard needing lots of work following all of the rain we've had lately.
Thanks for the good advice.
Joseph
