Movement of some existing threads

In a rushed attempt to better organize the board, I've moved a number of threads from their original forums into different forums today.

I've also moved certain threads to the tops of their forums via the "Sticky" option.

Nothing has been deleted in the process, but you'll have to do a bit of "hunting" for the moved threads.

This will be an ongoing process, and I'm sure it will cause at least a bit of confusion each time that I do it (for which I apologize in advance), but it needs to be done periodically because of the sheer number of forum-classifications and the ambiguities created by the close relativity of some topics.

Perhaps I'll be able to reduce the number of separate forums, but so far I haven't been able to decide which of them can be combined, and I haven't had much available time to spend on this particular aspect. E-mailed or PM'd suggestions would be greatly appreciated and seriously considered.

Joseph

I don't envy your position, Chief!

Being inherently lazy, I'd leave things as they are.

I take your increased presence here as a good sign that your VA case is progressing more smoothly now. Am I right?

Keep up the good work on both accounts.

Sorry for any inconveniences caused, but I had a bit of free time early this morning, so I tried more rearranging of the board. I ran out of time, so I'll get back to it when I get the chance.

To anyone who might be looking for them, I moved a few threads out of "Politics/Current Events" into "Zionist Political Agenda" this morning. These were only my own topics, so I was the one who'd misplaced them in the first place.

I've been racking my brain as to how I might reduce or combine the number of separate forums here, but I always end up thinking that I need to add some instead. LOL

As it stands, you E-mail ring viewers seem to have no problems with locating and/or directing others to the "most popular" reference-threads even after I move them, so apparently the URL's remain unchanged.

I again apologize for any inconveniences, but "organizing and categorizing" is not my forte.

Chief,

I applaud you for not "padding" TFTF with current news-articles that are easily found and widely read via google, Yahoo, AOL and other online sources.

The "connecting of dots," as insider3 had put it, is due to your selectivity in mixing-in new events only as they add support to your "oldies but goodies," as I'd put it.

Don't worry about us finding threads that you move, since you are correct about the URL's staying the same.

As for "more or fewer forums," I have no suggestions or recommendations, but I don't think it would matter either way.

Still in agreement with you,

Greg

I've got a little "tinkering time" on my hands before an important conference-call this afternoon, so I'm going to start (and hopefully finish) moving the highest-viewed threads to the tops of their respective forums.

Thanks for the continued and growing readership.
