 FORUM RULES - PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING
· The views and opinions expressed within The Shine forum are the views of the individual poster and do not necessarily represent the views of The Shine.
· The Administrators of The Shine forum and website will have the absolute discression as to the content of the website and, in particular, the forum. Any posts which are felt to be defamatory may be removed. In extreme cases, members found to be making defamatory comments on a regular basis may be barred from the forum.
· No topics of a racially, sexually, age related, disability or religiously discriminatory nature will be tolerated at any time. Any such posts made of this nature will be immediately removed and the poster barred.
· The forum exists for (1) the promotion of The Shine and further rock music in general and (2) as a platform for any form of “chat” with the band. The Shine will not tolerate ANY defamatory comments made about any other band. The forum is intended to operate on a system of co-operation and any defamatory comments will be removed.
· Adult conversation will be permitted within the forum, as will limited adult content. We are adults and assume such discussion will not cause offence. In the case of extreme adult material within posts, this may either be removed or moved to a password protected section of the forum. The Administrators will have the absolute control of Members access levels.
· The Administrators will have the ability to remove any part or all of the forum as they see fit and at their sole discression. This will also include any changes felt appropriate to the style, layout or access to the forum.
· Members should always bear in mind that venues and other relevant parties to The Shine may visit the forum, even without “logging in”. Please respect this and ensure posts are not detrimental to the business of The Shine bookings. Common sense will prevail but in extreme cases, the Administrators / Moderators may remove any detrimental posts.
· Any points, suggestions or complaints in regard to this forum and/or the main website should be made to enquiries@theshineonline.co.uk.
