a bit dated but a great read.....dated by the fact lord sutch is dead and the wilburys are now defunct.....but a great insight to tony the legend...i enjoyed it and want more....i emailed it to you yeah??????

Print: three years ago I printed the book (you got one, I sent you one) with columns. That was 750 euro (is more or less same as dollar, say 700 USD) and I got 50 fifty books. So, to play even, I sold the books for 12,50.
