Tony wants help
I got this e-mail from Tony last week. He wants the attention he deserves. Maybe we can help him:
Dear Cor,
thank you very much for your interest in me and my music.
It goes back a long way, as you obviously realise! I feel it would be great to do some live gigs in Holland, because the trend at the moment is leaning towards authentic live music as opposed to DJs and "potted" music. This is not surprising, when one consideres how much **** there is on the market! So as I am one of the original authentic products of the 50s it seems to be the right time to offer my services to Dutch audiences. After all we are celebrating 50 years of British Rock'n'Roll this year - '56 was the magic year when Donegan happened in England and Elvis in America and the rest of the world.
We'd be grateful if you could suggest a few names in the Netherlands - people who are in the business, either in music or in TV or radio, whom we could approach.
You certainly have my approval to form a TS forum - whatever that means! We'll stay in touch.

I don't know Tony personally, but I think he's not the type of guy who is out to be in the tabloids every week.

exposure is what he needs...they try to do these things on to great a scale tony needs to do the bar scene again thats where the freakin public is...out in public....they don't need great big halls or arenas because they aren't going to fill them...profit is profit regardless if it's a dime or a dollar....dollars are better but dimes add up too...show case more than one guy too....why not 6 or 7?because they all want too much thats why....distribution of the word is the key...
you know some day i hope tony will actually post here....maybe he can't spell  we could be taking things for granite....
and where the heck is finette????you know the holidays are coming??????bobber where are you??????
