JUST SHARING AN EMAIL REC'D July 23, 2008...
This comment from a US Marine, does not go along with what we saw on national liberal TV... S.
I received this from someone who was in Afghanistan when Obama blew in. I've taken out all the forwards

Hello everyone,
As you know I am not a very political person. I just wanted to pass along that Senator Obama came to Bagram Afghanistan for about an hour on his
visit to 'The War Zone'. I wanted to share with you what happened. He got off the plane and got into a bullet proof vehicle, got to the area to meet with the Major General (2 Star) who is the commander here at Bagram.
As the Soldiers where lined up to shake his hand he blew them off and didn't say a word as he went into the conference room to meet the General. As he finished, the vehicles took him to the ClamShell (pretty much a big top
tent that military personnel can play basketball or work out in with weights) so he could take his publicity pictures playing basketball. He again shunned the opportunity to talk to Soldiers to thank them for their service.
So really he was just here to make a showing for the American's back home that he is their candidate for President. I think that if you are going to make
an effort to come all the way over here you would thank those that are providing the freedom that they are providing for you.
I swear we got more thanks from the NBA Basketball Players or the Dallas Cowboy Cheer leaders than from one of the Senators, who wants to be the President of the United States. I just don't understand how anyone would want him to be our Commander-and-Chief. It was almost that he was scared to be around those that provide the freedom for him and our great country.
If this is blunt and to the point I am sorry but I wanted you all to know what kind of caliber of person he really is. What you see in the news is all fake.

Tenken that is the BIGGEST cover up story I have ever seen,,,,,,It smells to high heaven,,,,,,,Sounds like the soldier told what he saw and then was railroaded by the Army and the PR Express.......................

You can't really say which is correct unless you were there. All I'm sayin is don't blindly believe some stuff you get in a chain letter in your email. You say the article stunk to high heaven and I said the same thing when I read the email.

THats True ,,,you cant believe everything,,,,,but think about this,,,,,,,
1-This letter was to his family,,,,,not meant for us,,,,why would he lie to her????
2- he gave his name in the email
3- he gave his rank and batalion
4- And his buddys name and Rank
6- this part is why I think its real Tenk.

Now if this was a spoof,,,,,,I promise you it would not have such detail as to later backfire and have them ruined...........
I think he told what he saw,,,,,,,and his wife got him in to trouble.......Simple as that.......

I just wonder about how quickly he turned back on what he said.
Also I heard some stuff like Obama didn't even play basketball in the same country that the soldier that sent the letter was stationed in. I'm starting to think that what he wrote in the letter wasn't from his own experiences but maybe a bunch of stuff he'd heard from other soldiers too.

I dont think so Tenk,,,,,,Obama even said he was removing the bowling alley from the Whithe House changing it to a BB court.....that was on the news last night...
Anyways he is a real dumbass,,,,,,we are not citizens of the world as he said in Germany the other day,,,,,,,,I am a Proud Citizen of the USA !!!!!!
the Gallop Pole has tighned in the last few weeks anyways,,,,him and McCain are pretty much tied up,,,,it will be like last time mayby,,,,,,,Close but NO Cigar!!!!!!!!!!!
Like I said,,,,,it will be you guys(city people) that suffer anyways when things go bad,,,the country folk never miss a beat........

Yeah I know he plays basketball a lot as a publicity stunt. What I'm saying was the soldier that wrote the letter has the wrong info. Obama played in Jalalalalabad or some **** like that which is on the border of Afghanistan and Kuwait, not in Bagram or whatever.
And if all of that really happened then why haven't we heard more. This guy himself said he isn't very political, yet he is so outraged he sends this email. Just think how pissed people that didn't like Obama to begin with would have been. Don't you think we would have seen more emails of this caliber?
I mean I'm sure he's not always Mr. Sunshine and he might act differently on camera, but you do realize McCain is infamous in senate for his anger problems, yet you've never seen him blow up on camera.
