no angel
I don't want you to hate me the person that I am,
I deserve nothing, I have no right to demand,
Can you see the darkness, or the bruises that I hide,
do you think of me, I wait to be pushed aside
no angel here, just a fallen man, with a blackened soul,
too much pain the bittersweet evil, has taken a hold,
yet you stand there so open, the light shines too bright,
and I wonder if you will be able, to brighten my dark nights,
your too understanding, not realising I am worth nothing
you give your heart so freely, I always take something,
you must know I will hurt you, I will push you away,
no matter what you say, I will never let you stay,
I want you to leave for I cannot be helped,
the scars run to deep to ever escape hell,
so wait for the fall and wait for my push
wait for when I tell you I don't need your touch
I'll make sure you break, I'll bruise your soul,
to hurt another is all I have ever been told,
and when your heart is broken, bruised and blue,
maybe then I will finally be able to have you,
As I leave I hear your call my name,
I warned you that i will not stay the same,
I wont turn back, for I may just break,
if I see the look upon your face
so I bow my head and fall from grace
for I have put those tears on an angels face.

Yeah Mark you are no angel, that is for certain. Definately a cold hearted bastard like myself. Good words, even if it is poetry. Still retching at the thought that you write poetry. Going to say it is revealing certain things about you, intresting really.

Mark, that poem is really good (not too sure 'good' is the right word but i cant think of anything else to say at the moment lol) and you write beautifully.
