Always and forever
Always and forever
They say the universe is eternity, unending, that the black goes forever on,
and the rocks that rotate in the atmosphere, will be there when we are long gone,
stars will burn and die, lighting up the black night, before fading away out of sight,
and the planets that rotate around the sun, in time will all fade into the black night
but even when the rivers no longer run,
the sky is no longer lit up with the sun,
when our bodies no longer house our souls,
and stories are forgotten, no longer told,
when our souls become lost in the vast universe, dancing in the night like the stars,
we will forever be joined, our souls two parts to one star, the night forever ours,
but unlike stars we will never fade or burn out, our joining will never end,
and those lives we lead may mean I lose you but I will always find you again,
your soul is always joined to mine, nothing will change that, through all of time,
and as the stars blink out around us we will stand strong, you heart forever mine,
always and forever, my love, for all of time,
for I am always yours and your forever mine.
