Night Pleasures.(Not what it sounds like)
I was unfamiliar with the name Sherrilyn Kenyon until I received a novel by her through the post from my couisin.
Thinking it wouldn't be very good I put it on my bookshelf were it lay(i'm ashamed to admit) for some time.
Saturday night I picked it up and could not put it DOWN!
It is by far is one of the best books I have ever read.
Kyrian of Thrace is a Dark hunter.
Cool gadgets, long black leather coat,more money than he can spend in his lifetime,he has it all.
Kyrian also has a secret.
He's a vampire!
Having given his soul to the Greek Godess Artemis after being betrayed by his wife,(who had him crussified)she in return has given him immortallity and vengence.
Set in the future Kyrian now has been having a hell of a time.
Killing Daimons(yes thats the way it's spelled in the novel)and living to be sarcastic, he awakes chained to normal and disbelieving Amanda Deverouxe.
On the run from a half-god intent on killing them they have the adventure of Kyrian's lifetime!
Very funny,cruel somtimes, and romantic.
I would encourage everybody to read this.
Go out and buy it.It's great!

Sounds like a fabulous nightime reading. Thanks for the heads up Belle. By the way, what's the title of this novel?
I am currently reading Mythology by Edith Hamilton. It is very fascinating, so I am excited about finding that novel and read it for myself.

Ok the sequals out and it's called Night Embrace, very good, as enjoyable as the first.
