Hope At Last
The clouds are hungry
They've swallowed up the sun
Along with the last rays of hope
For they are gone
On this dark day
There is nothing to keep my sorrow at bay
I know I'll drown
From the overwheming thoughts that are coming down
My friends are gone
And there is no one to save me from my own execution song
I drift into a deep sleep
I feel nothing,Not even defeat
There's no light
It's worse than the darkest of nights
Then,when I'm falling into the bottomless hole
The sun shines through the deep dark clouds and rays of hope begin shining down
With hope come thoughts of a brighter day
To drown even the darkest thoughts away
My friends are back
And there is Hope At Last
