Night Terror
when you lay in your bed about to doze off into slumber, do you hear the boards creek as your eyes open slowly just to see the endless shadows dance on the wall..but everything is still.Do you feel yourself break into a cold sweat and feel the sheets of your bed sway in a phantom breeze..when there is no possible way of it being there? tell me, when the shadows close in around you and ingulf you in it's horrifying loneliness, do you hear the silent whispers in your ear and you feel as if you can't move, like something invisable was binding you down tightly...cutting off the blood that has run cold inside you to your head. Can you hear the chains now? do they haunt you? did it ever accure to you that maybe what you're feeling...is real...that you aren't just imagineing the cuts and bruises everyone see's...maybe this nightmare is true...that it's not a night terror...but your own boogy man...or skeleton in your closet.
