Call It Grave
She stood there alone, completely motionless. Her long, silvery blonde hair hung to her waist and gently fluttered around in the cool, morning breeze. The lake she stood at had an eerie glow to it, being so early in the morning yet, the sun reflected off of it with an odd tone. The young girl let out a light sigh as she looked across the lake at a cemetery. It held few stones, but one of them she recognized. It broke her heart thinking of what it held within it. The tears had already dried to her cheeks, but still left their marks. A rose had been floating in the water calmly, and it slowly drifted its way across to the other side of the lake...

*A girl wearing a light, pale blue gown walked to the lake and sat on the dew soaked grass. She didn't care that her gown was not damp, nor did she care to notice that her hair blew across her face. Her grey eyes were glazed over with a feeling of ecstasy. The long awaited day of returning to see her beloved had come. Her stage of ecstasy slowly lifted, and she gazed at the small cemetery beyond her. She smiled softly. She noticed the girl standing above her and dried marks of tears upon her face. She had been startled by the other girl, not knowing of her presence until she spoke. Her shoulders shook a little and she turned her head slowly to look at her company. Her hair flowed with her motion, and her deep, blue eyes stared back at the girl with a sence of longing. She spoke in a quiet tone, barely over a whisper..
"Nothing.."
She turned her head back and looked out onto the lake, at the floating rose..

She looked down a little, having heard what the other girl said. Then she looked up at her, the tears welling up in her eyes all over again.

She turned away from her quickly..

She looked back at the other girl and gave her a slight smile.

She sighed a little then gave one last look to the worn-down cemetery, then turned away from it.
