She smiled, and soon they were reaching the edge of a small town. It seemed to be old, seeing as most of the houses had an older style to it. The town seemed quiet and sparsley populated. A few people were outside on the streets, or in front of their houses. They walked on..

*She sighed slightly then turned her head to the sides, hoping to catch a glimpse of her cousin. Suddenly, a young man approached the two. At first, Rebecca glanced at Kira, thinking that the young man wished to see her. But then she took another look at him. Her heart jolted. He had dark hair that curled to his head, giving it a crisp, clean look. His bangs curled over his eyes; his deep black eyes that seemed to draw you in if you stared in them for too long. He looked at Kira, then Rebecca and smiled.*
Rebecca, it has been a while.
*She blinked slightly at him, then glanced at Kira, then returned her eyes to his.*
I am afraid... I do not know you.
*He frowned for a moment, then smiled again, turning to Kira.*
I see you have met my old girlfriend, Kira. Rebecca Simon once lived here, quite a while ago.
*She blinked and then gasped.*
J... Jesse? Jesse Thompson? Oh my! Jesse! It has been a while.
*She smiled then turned to Kira.*

She laughed a little then looked up at Jesse and nodded with a smile, then looked back over at Rebecca.
"Yes, I do know him. We are pretty good friends, actually. And you didn't say that you had lived here before.."
She laughed and raised one of her eyebrows in Rebecca's direction.

Unfortunately, quite a ways. It is past these marshes, which as you can tell, are not the best for two young ladies to walk in.
