Who/what are the moderators and administrators
This post is geared toward new people as well many others who have been here for a while but shown that they don't understand how things work.
Redheadelizabeth and I are moderators. We have the power to ban people, delete posts and threads, move threads from one forum to another, close threads and that's about it. We monitor the board on a fairly regular basis.
Brith2o is the only administrator. He is the one who created this board. He is the only one who can post or edit posts in the rules and guidelines section. He is the only one who can change the way the board looks, change features such as karma, add new forums, etc. Unfortunately he hardly ever logs on to the board.

Robert and I had this discussion with the Runboard people who indicated they would not be very keen on doing this. About then brith showed back up. I think their reasons are sound -- he created it so it would be rather intrusive to strip it from him just for being absent as long as no Runboard rules are being broken. And there are a host of other procedural questions involved; for exmaple, when do you declare a board "abandoned?"
