I meant no offense. Just this is the second unfortunate political development I've heard out of your country recently. I feared your government had been overrun by prudes.

From what I hear neither plan is popular with the public, so hopefully everything will work out in the end.

Everyone laughed at Fred and forgot him and his stupid idea just as quickly as it surfaced. Even the bloke in charge of NSW told him politely that he was an idiot!

Even if a law banning topless sunbathing does get passed, it will be almost impossible to enforce.
