Swingers at Resort
If this is too off-topic, just feel free to remove this post.
My finance and I are going to a resort in Mexico that has a nude beach, nude pool, and nude jacuzzi. We hear that the jacuzzi is a swinger hangout and that it can get pretty wild.
We haven't decided whether swinging (meaning having sex with another couple) is something that we want to do, but we are both interested in experimenting a bit and going into the jacuzzi during 'party time.'
Anybody have any experience to share in this? Can you get 'touchy-feely' with other couples without having to commit to sex? We see swinging as more like foreplay, at least for right now. And we can't imagine having sex with a couple we don't know and trust.
What are the rules? Do you just 'reach out and touch someone'? Or just go with the flow? I hear they do some games, so maybe that is one way.

i don't have that much experience in this, but from what i understand, you should always ask before touching someone. even if you know they will be fine with it, ask anyway just to be sure. maybe you two should go with the intention of playing with each other, and see what happens from there. don't feel pressured to have sex if you only want foreplay. most swingers are very understanding of other people's limits. just politely say you're not comfortable with it. have fun and let us know how it goes.

We have been to a lifestyle campground in Georgia during their Hooters on Scooters weekend a few times and we have had a lot of fun.
We are not swingers and nobody was pushy or bothering us. By what I could see, touching comes more natural when its female to female but m to f and f to m was also seen.
The games were designed for touching too like the pudding pit (everybody that wants to gets in a small pool filled with pudding)
I would see whats going around me and go with the flow.
Things will get more playful the darker it gets and the more liquid courage people consume.
You will have fun at Desire. We had always wanted to go there but haven't had the oportunity yet, so please either write a full report of your experience or PM it to us if you feel its innapropiate for this board.

Hi!, we've been twice at Desire Resort, both in 2003, even I think things haven't change substantially in the last years.
We're not swingers and don't have the minimal intention of having sex with other people. We chose Desire for the nudism and for the erotic environment, and I think our expectatives were satisfied.
Both times we went, swingers were around half of guests, while simple nudists were the other 50%. Swingers rule is simple: "no means no" and 98% of them respect it. Be careful with the other 2% who may be there trying to pass further that line. Unfortunately, we found a couple who tried to convince us of swinging. Nothing else than an uncomfortable dinner and the decission of not going to the disco that night, avoiding them, period.
At Desire, they have several activities through the day, involving funny eroticism. From nude volleyball, nude Twister and nude stretching, to several games by the pool like "69" (an adult version of the kids game of the chairs, where instead chairs there are laid men and women should find one and end on them in 69 position), "find your mate", where you must identify your partner with blind eyes, just touching; "exploding balloons" (between a man and a woman, without using hands), etcetera. There are nude water aerobics, nude waterpolo (lots of touching under the water)...
By night, at disco, there are different themes each night with its dress code. The best are, in my opinion, "lingerie night", "white sexy", "bare as you dare"...
There are a nightly contest, too. From strip tease to "fake orgasm" or "sexual position", very funny and a good warm-up.
Not only the jacuzzi area is the place for swingers: behind the disco is placed the "Play Room", a large room with sofas and beds, plasma TV's with porno pictures, soft lighting and lots of towels. This room is designed only for couples who want to have sex and there are no limits but the imagination.
Resort regulations say sex is forbbiden in public areas, but jacuzzi terrace and playroom. All the facilites are clothing optional, but restaurants where you should be dressed, even sheer and revealing clothing is perfectly valid.
I think Desire is a great place for and adventurous couple, swinger or not.
A final and very personal recommendation: We are a couple with 12 years of relationship, nudist, very open minded; even we practically don't have inhibitions, we've decided reserve sex between ourselves. It has been a very good formula for a sincere partnership, we are excellent friends one of each other and we're sure our sexual life is absolutely complete.

Great review gaviao.
I agree with you completely on the way you two are as a couple and we feel the same way you do.
What we wished is that there would be more places that could cater to couples like us.
But usually what we find is either too restricted like nudist resorts where anything close to being sexual is strictly forbidden or swinger clubs where people may be too pushy or waaaay to sexual.

carly---you go with the flow...communication is the key..and watch what other people do...at swingers club, i have been jsut touching...whatever makes you comfortable..you set your own limits...variety is the spice of life..

While I like variety. . . . not when it comes to sex. Sex with my partner for all of these years is incredibly hot and satisfying. There comes a time for many where variety is not spicy,but shallow.

Yes, Gaviao, it is Desire resort that we are going to. We absolutely will not have sex with anyone there (we aren't taking any diseases with us and don't want to bring any home) but the games sound fun and we will probably take part in some of them.
We are very good friends with a couple that we knew in college and there has been some 'accidental' late-night touching in our pool. After I got my implants he asked to feel them and I let him (his wife is seriously thinking about implants and felt them, too). So if we ever do anything heavy, that's probably who it would be with.
