Topfree (or nude) yoga?
Hello everyone.
I am curious if anyone has done Bikram yoga and if so, did any of you try it top free or nude?
Most of the studios in my areas have clothing policies but I have heard of some studios being more lax.
Just curious if anyone has had any interesting experiences they might want to share.

Nude yoga is alive and well in Austin, with several classes going. None of them are bikram,however.
Having attended some of these classes, and having had a couple of private nude coaches over the years, I can tell you that nude is definitely the way to go with yoga.

I've had nude yoga only at naturist gatherings. It is definitely the way to do it.

Thanks for the feedback everyone.
I was somewhat surprised to hear that there were classes in Austin. Are these private classes of some type or are these regular classes that anyone can attend?

There is a Meetup Group for Nude Yoga in Austin and they have 3-4 classes a week.
