For a few months not long after we were first married we lived with my father in the house I spent most of my youth. My nephew, then about 13 who then (and when he can get away with it, now at 21) liked to sleep in, stayed the night. My husband and I that next morning went for a quick sunbathing session on the back porch, me naturally topfree, after my father had gone to work (it was the summer between semesters) and my nephew rolled out of bed earlier than anticipated. But he didn't seem perturbed even as mine might have been the first live pair he had ever seen.
His sister, my niece, who's now 18 has never said one way or the other how she feels about the issue. Almost all the women on both sides of my family are large-breasted, myself inclusive, but with the exception of me and my aunt they all believe a woman ought to be covered from the neck down in public (and live that belief). I think their large boobs and traditional religious values prompted this. However, my niece took after her mother (my brother being her father) and therefore ended up small-breasted and religion was not well-stressed in that household. Then again, topfreedom is so discouraged culturally in this part of the US that I suspect she has that attitude. She knows I practice it, so I figure if the issue ever came to her mind, she would make inquiries with me.

We have never hid our joy of nudity from the kids. They are older now so not a big issue. When younger if they saw us, it did not matter to us. Now they just as well not see us naked.
One of the best things we did when our son was beginning puberty was to take them to the Dominican Republic for holiday. Our daughter was four years older than him.
Topless was more common than not, unavoidable. Took our son all of thirty minutes to get over seeing all of the bare breasts. Since then he has never really payed much attention, no big deal.
Given that we both like nudity and my wife does enjoy topfreedom from time to time, both of our kids are fairly prudish in this regard.

Both my wife and I showered our kids (a boy and a girl) with us when they were infants and toddlers, and never made a big deal to cover up if they saw us nude. Now that they're in their teens, their friends' values have taken over and they'd rather die than walk in on us changing, or have us walk in on them. My daughter will go braless unless her best friend is around, who is horrified at the thought that anyone would do that.
