I've been having a problem seeing some of the pics and avatars so I checked with Runboard Extra and this was their advice:
Both of those are hosted by image shack, but that avatar has been blocked (Forbidden - 403 error code), people on that site are better off using Imgur instead of imageshack who sometimes blocks images for nudity (even if it is just a breast.), and some creep through imageshacks filters.
