Yes, SPEAKING as a man, this is an example of implants in a woman who has had no children. I wonder why she got them? As I got to know her, she seemed, dare I say, fairly insecure.

both women had them done tastefully. from what i can see in the pictures, they both chose a size that fit their body. they look very natural too. it seems like implants are getting a lot more natural looking than they were years ago, like when pam anderson had them done, as someone mentioned.

Not sure why would challenge a pre baby women for having implants, yes most choose post baby. But by then you are more confident about yourself, have more money, have some age related sagging etc and maybe a supportive partner who you want it for as well. some women, like myself and notr that I needed, but I doubt I would have had any boob work pre baby just incase it interfered with breastfeeding.
I know a few women who had it pre baby and it was quite simple, they never grew the boobs they wanted.

The surgeon who did the implants in the first picture did an excellent job. The second woman's breasts have a pleasing shape but look a bit unnatural.

I would not have picked the first woman out as having implants, but it is fairly obvious that the second has had surgery.

That was exactly my reaction. We got many beautiful shots of her that looked natural. Yet one shot when she was wearing a ww top (because guys were gawking) I mentioned that the pose looked like she had implants. She only told me then she had implants.
She wanted her boobs and nude body photographed on this day. However the focus was never on her boobs, but on many, many pics that expressed very deep feelings seen in her face - which came out as she was naturally present for the photographs hiding nothing behind clothing.
A very moving session - which out of respect for her privacy I am unwilling to share more from this series of pics. Maybe someday.
I always remember her when thinking about how we can hide behind clothing. She need no clothing so to be real.

Also meant to add, we don't like to be judged by others for going topless and we shouldn't therefore judge those who have a boob job.
