About 20 odd from VC. We are getting a coach that is taking us to Poulton after the dinner then back into Preston for about 1.30am
Should be a good one but I'm not sure about this £5 raffle ticket business! Best be some decent prizes - I begrudge a fiver for a raffle just to win a box of Shetland Shortbread biscuits!

There'll be some Cod there no doubt. League and keepers awards to collect! 
Would have been the clean sweep but for the peculiarities of the averages system! 
Bowler lost out by 0.7 of a run but took nearly 50% more wickets.
Batter lost out similarly, marginally lower average, stacks more runs.
Very harsh on both...........

Due to Fleetwoods cup tie against the mighty Cobblers, many potential attendees have decided to travel down to that instead of coming to the dinner. What a waste, going all that way to see your team get a good going over!
Just four of us..... and 2 of them are spouses! I haven't told them they may possibly be the only two women there! hehe
