How about 10 points for a win, no bonus points.
If you bat first and lose you get bowling points, if you bowl first and lose you get batting points (for percentage of winning score)
This way, the winning side is rewarded for winning and the losing side is rewarded for how close to the winning score they get

I thought we'd established that closeness to the opposition total isn't really that good a way of awarding bonus points?
A side getting 46 chasing 50 has got over 90% and therefore max batting points.
A side getting 224 chasing 250 would not get max because they haven't got over 90% !
Who do you think, in reality, has batted the better?????
