Greetings..New VW owner here
Hi,
My name is Eric and i purchased about 3 weeks ago a 71' VW standard bug.
I am an ex-surfer turning 50 now whose living in memphis tn (go figure).
I have always wanted a bug and 3 kids later i got one! Man i caught the "Bug" too..i have bought like 5 books off ebay already..googled a thousand sights and am filling my brain with whatever knowledge i can. (purchasing tools and a heater for my garage tomorrow!)
Anyways, dont know how many folks visit this site or who might live in memphis or near abouts but id love to get to know some other owners.
