1985 Volkswagen Vanagon Westfalia GL

1. I am the third owner
2. I purchased it in 2004 with approximately 62K original miles on odometer.
3. Unit was purchased new in Florida. First owner put on 20K + miles.
4. Second owner put on 40K + miles and then stored the unit inside for several
years.
5. I hired a journeyman VW mechanic from Central Illinois go over all the
mechanicals.
6. This included top 1/2 engine overhaul, exhaust, brakes, tires, belts, hoses
and more.
7. Additionally, I have replaced the windshield, rear shocks, added custom
mats, Blaupunkt AM/FM CD and tow bar for bike rack.
8. The stove has never been lighted. The instructions paper sticker is still
intact.
9. The frig works on 110 but never tried to use the propane.
10. The air conditioning works but does not retain the refrigerate for long
periods of time.
11. Last month, I just competed a round trip to Maine and it did not use any
oil nor did it leak coolant.
12. I saved all the gas tickets showing the mpg. It varied from 17 to 20+ mpg.
This was at speeds of up to 70 mph.
13. I have also made trips to the Florida Keys and the Midwest in the past
year.
14. The interior is clean and fresh and it does not look worn.
15. I had the paint professionally touched up about three years ago.
16. I am selling it because my wife insisted that we purchase a class B mini
home with a commode and shower.

18. The vehicle has been serviced at Johnson's for the past couple of year.
