Undead DVD
Picked this one up from cd wow last week for a mere £9 & it's the best £9 I've spent in a long time (yes, I need to get out more).
If you haven't heard of this film then I'll give a brief description.
A small town in Australia is bombarded by mini meteors which when they strike a human turns them into flesh eating zombies!
A small group of people lead by a clint Eastwood wannabe who thinks he knows what is going on after escaping Alien abduction try to escape the town while fending off the zombie hoards.
Any more of a description than that will spoil it for you!
This is the 1st film of an Australian team called the Spierig Brothers. It's a Zombie/action/comedy (although the comedy IS tongue very firmly in cheek).
Think of Brain Dead meets Night Of The Living Dead with Aliens & you're on the right track.
Certainly if your a fan of Peter Jacksons Brain Dead then you will certainly enjoy this off the wall mixture which also has particularly good SPFX for what I believe is a relatively low budget film.
Anyone else seen this & enjoyed it?
